ATAC mourns the passing of ATAC Honorary Life Member and former Board Member, Len Routledge.   Len died suddenly May 29, 2013 at the age of 81.

A well respected entrepreneur, businessman, philanthropist and community member, Mr. Routledge will be sadly missed by his many friends, as well as former business associates and colleagues.   The former owner and President & CEO of Toronto Helicopters Ltd., Mr. Routledge was a prominent leader in the Canadian helicopter industry from 1973 through 1987.   He was renowned for creating the first dedicated air ambulance helicopter service in Canada.   He served with the ATAC Board from 1985 to 1987 and he was appointed an ATAC Honorary Life Member in 2007.

Our thoughts are with his wife, Eleanor, and their family.
