ATAC is pleased to announce that Daniel Lapierre will join our team as Vice President, Technical Operations & Environment, effective March 30. Daniel brings nearly 30 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, technical operations, and MRO leadership to this strategic role.

Daniel began his aviation career in general aviation as an aircraft mechanic, developing hands‑on expertise that continues to underpin his leadership philosophy—one grounded in operational reality, accountability, and deep respect for the people who keep aircraft flying. A licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with training across multiple aircraft types, he advanced through line and heavy maintenance roles into senior technical and management positions.

His career has taken him across North America and the Middle East, where he has led heavy maintenance programs, aircraft modifications, cabin retrofits, and aircraft transitions, always with a focus on safety, reliability, and operational efficiency. Daniel has successfully managed multidisciplinary teams in engineering, quality, supply chain, and long‑term maintenance planning, championing initiatives that improve performance, efficiency, and sustainability.

Most recently serving as a managing director within an international aviation services organization, he oversaw operational performance, compliance, financial stewardship, and team development.

With an Executive  MBA, AME license, and Private Pilot License, Daniel brings both technical depth  and strategic vision to ATAC. We look forward to welcoming him on March 30.
