ATAC has met with Transport Canada to discuss and explore solutions regarding concerns about the level of service in processing of aviation medicals, availability and delegation of written exams and pilot examiner shortages to name a few.

ATAC also continues to work with NAV Canada to address the ATC level of service and support at certain airports in Canada. ATAC supports the industry developed reporting tool “NAV CANADA Experience Reporting” which resembles an app when downloaded to your smartphone. This tool allows aviators to provide direct feedback about NAV CANADA to the ATAC database which becomes de-identified. Visit ATAC website on how to access the tool.
