On December 12, 2022, the new regulations regarding Flight Crew Fatigue Management as published in Canada Gazette Part 2 will come into effect for CAR 703 and 704 operators.
As you are well aware the air transport operators have been dealing with a severe shortage of pilots and aircraft maintenance engineers for the past decade.
